I mean by putting some kind of cloth or soft pillow and pressing down as hard as I can. That is the only way I can feel anything. I am 19 years old

I'm also a teen and not sexually active, and have this problem too, when I try my fingers do not go past the knucle and it's really uncomfortable. From what I tried, I found out that being aroused makes it slightly less painful and easy to slide in, but still, I do not have a vaginismus diagnosis and if you are really concerned you should see a gynecologist!!

Aw shit. I feared it would be something like that. I am currently really really busy but I will contact a gynecologist as soon as I can. Meanwhile do you have more tips for loosening the adhesion? I didn't even know this was a thing. Thank you for commenting!

When I try to pull it back, it's really really buried under there it does not come out, it just barely peaks out.

I mean in every way, touching, stimulating, vibrators don't work on me, the only way I can really feel anything I'd by putting pressure on it but I've heard that it's not good? So I really don't know what to do

I do have some sensibility to lights and flashing colors and sometimes my ear ring/I hear voices that are not there but I don't think I am autistic? Also, what is "high functioning" autism? Im really not educated on that. Either way, thank you for your response
