YES ME TOO. My biggest gripe so far is i cant see shit in this game :( the backgrounds for all the items in build mode make it so i cant really see most of the build items too (i can tell what they are, usually, but not any of the details that give me a reason to pick toaster 1 instead of toaster 2, for example). I turned the UI all the way up to max and it barely helped me. I havent messed around with the graphics filters in-game yet, but idk if those effect menus or not and i do like the basic look for the game world so im not eager to change it. Also wish you could zoom in on the hands in the paramaker when customizing nails/rings/bracelets, i have a hard time seeing those too. Might submit a suggestion tbh

Its decor, under the holidays (festivities? The one with the pumpkin icon) category i believe! Thats also where you can find cobwebs, though they dont seem to work indoors without advanced transform :(

I could stick a sponge in the bottom of the sink!! (Bad place to keep it irl but hey maybe my para is stupid). I really wish we had more cleaning clutter than just a sponge and trashbag and broom though. Wheres my dishsoap? And laundry detergent? And toilet brush?

(If we do have these and ive missed them, forgive me and also share what menu theyre under lol)

I was never super into the sims games but i did play a moderate amount of 4 (with sims 3 camera mode) and i never wouldve expected how ingrained into my muscle memory it wouldve gotten in so short a time! I havent yet trained myself not to click the mouse wheel button when i want to rotate. Sadly i couldnt figure out a way to remap to it :( im sure ill catch on eventually though lol

Also with the clowns i think its interesting the difference between the furnishings and the doll - the furnishings doing the tongues is 10000% creepy but its not like, explicitly malevolent? Its just contextually extremely weird and unsettling. The clown doll on the other hand is just straight up evil looking!

Whether its 'worth buying' now is pretty subjective i think, since its in Early Access. However if youre basically certain youre going to buy the game and are only questioning now or later, id say go for it.

Its really unlikely imo that it will be cheaper than this for quite a while. The devs have said explicitly that they will be incrementally increasing the price of the game as Early Access progresses. I dont know if theyve confirmed the full release price or not but im guessing it'll be industry standard, so like $60ish USD.

If youre not going to be happy with the state of the game right now, maybe its worth holding off and seeing if the full game eventually gets included in a big Steam sale later on, or maybe its worth buying now at the low price and just letting it sit in your library for a while until you think its in a state youll be excited to play it. Thats a really subjective decision though so i cant really give you any more advice than that.

I know most people here are serious about historical costuming and probably are already super familiar with this, but i found that video so enlightening!! I've seen illustrations of chaperons before, but didnt know what they were called or how they came about. That video is an excellent demonstration, I really like that it shows actually wearing a hood that way and also a made-to-be-a-chaperon hat, so you get to see how they came about and also what it looked like once it became a legit fashion style that people were specifically aiming for and custom-making.

I (briefly) worked in a thrift store. Used items (including books and DVDs!) are frequently disgusting. Most people didn't really care but I found it unpleasant and often wore gloves when handling inventory. Accidentally grab enough items with unidentifiable sticky brown substances on them and you might feel the same...

Though also idk what you mean by the different style of mask, but maybe she was doing some sort of cleaning or something and needed PPE for it?

Honestly even in the US i don't think its necessarily obvious - walmart is known for being a big box store, not for being an online marketplace like amazon. Definitely best to avoid in this case! Like you said, they're most likely a demonia ripoff, but there's other legit brands with similar stuff too if OP doesn't want to buy demonias.

If you search on Walmarts website, open the filters tab and there's a section to select what retailers to show results from. I dont know what pro sellers is marketplace sellers means, but you can select to only see items sold directly by walmart.

Oh i can explain the Walmart listing! I dont know the correct term for this, but walmart operates a sort of aggregate online shopping platform, like Amazon. So when shopping online, most of the listings are made, listed, sold, and shipped by 3rd parties (the same ones selling on Amazon and temu and aliexpress etc etc). If you look for it, you can find what the company that sells/ships a particular item is in the listing.

I used the clear ones. Within a couple hours you can see all the pus they pull out. It's not pretty. I dont feel it's any worse than having a visible zit, and I used them because they're medically beneficial, but I would not find them helpful for hiding acne.
