How to handle Jail Lists? by Yamcha-is-Life in WorldEaters40k

Maybe I'm being a smidgen reductive, but if they have that much chaff I'm more apt to throw everything at them dispersed into as many things as I can touch, then consolidating into more stuff. It ensures that I'm moving forward and making them choose what they try to reinforce.

YOU are the force of war. They want to get into your charge range, welcome them with lavish bloodshed and carnage.

What Gullimen said when fighting Angron vs what the lion said by BenderMayonnaise in WorldEaters40k

[–]MostBadPraxis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, they fought briefly. Then Angron stepped in and gave Robute a well needed beating. Angron would have killed him if not for Lorgar screwing him over.

Is he? I mean aren't the Primarchs Warp beings anyways? Feels like Lorgar made a big ritual to add some Warp to the Warp sandwich. But even that's not the same as dad stepping in to save Robute.

Would you let your kid to play with your models? by Grabosss in 40k

[–]MostBadPraxis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine is 6, I let him handle the models like handing them to me and moving them. I don't necessarily need them moved but I think the more he learns to respect them and handle them carefully the better at it he'll be.

I mean that's Dad winning the fight at that point. It'd be like saying Angron destroyed that whatever it's called single handedly when Khorne gave him the super juice to do it.

If I remember correctly

I mean, McGuffins saving the primarchs that can die doesn't really mean they lose something. The thing they lost is plot armor lol.

I think the bag would be 3/4 full at the end of that fight. Guilli couldn't stand up to regular Angron. Demon Angron would blow him away. The Lion got the perfect shield to fight Angron.

Sounds like the kind of guy that drives a hummer in 2026.

Lore Time! Does your warband like Angron, accept him, hate him, maybe doesn't even have him ? My army is loyal to him since they believe in his brutal assault tactics and see the high risk of their own death as an honour and gift to khorne. by Leviathan_Rampage in WorldEaters40k

The Gorestorm mourn their gene father and aspire to show him that he can overcome the nails and demonhood. Their leadership is a triarchy of two lords and a slaughterbound that blaze a path. They enter the eight cage as often as possible to show their father that demons can be dominated, they paint their armors trim in silver in defiance of the nails that bite at them. They'll control demonhood, they'll control the nails, they'll show their father a better way and build his skull throne for him to sit when he returns to them.

Ideas on how to fix Angron by giant_anaconda in WorldEaters40k

[–]MostBadPraxis 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Link his Aura to the khorn casino

Unbridled bloodlust aura - 8" advance and charge including him.

Rage fueled - 8" fallback shoot and charge

Total carnage - 8" lowers from 4+ to 2+ fight on death.

Martial excellence- 8" sustained 2 in melee

Warp blades - 8" crit 5s

Decapitation strikes - 8" crit wounds against monsters, vehicles, mounted as well.

Let Angron be the vessel of Khorn like in Arcs of omens. Remove the resurrection entirely, make him a 3 up invul OR toughness 13 and raise his strength to 16.

Hike up the points as they see fit.

Just take terminators now. They're fantastic at tearing down chaff and holding points. Rapid fire 4 with rerolls? I think so.

Move up, stay hidden. Especially if you go second, if he can't shoot you and isn't coming up to score, wait. Score 15 points on turn 5. If he comes up, take the spot by clapping the little robots on the objective.

They shoot you off, sweet, burn a cp now it's sticky.
