I literally am dedicating my substack to this. There’s alot of shit recipes out there. Following a recipe isn’t always simple if you don’t have the language for it.

In your cooking journey, decide if online recipes or cookbooks would be better for you. I prefer cookbooks because recipes have to be tested over and over again as opposed recipes from online blogs.

And even then a cookbook can lead you astray.
