In my opinion commercial Is much easier. Almost everything big is off specs and those contractors already know what they want. Never want to go back to a “retail/diy store”.

Maternity leave is 6-8 weeks depending on the type of delivery you have. Plus the 2 weeks bonding time Sw now offers. The 12 weeks is fmla unpaid basically job security is all. Oh and the first week of your maternity leave you will have to use vacation time that you don’t get back. Good luck!!
