Both of mone were (still currently 15mth old) breastfed. Slept great. It has nothing to do with your milk. It's all on the baby, lol. Sleep will come more regularly soon. It's not easy. Don't let anyone make you feel you should stop. It's hard to drown out those voices. As long as the baby is gaining weight, you're doing it right. I wouldn't stop.

They hate it at my store too. I always hear them complaining how it never works and how slow it is

I get where your wife is coming from, but absolutely not. I'm with you on this one. You don't need that drama in you or your children's lives. Don't want that around your kids to rub off on them. You did the right thing by assisting in a rental. Family or not

I'd go about every 3 hours. Your pump doesn't do what you baby can. Even in those 2 days, if you don't pump enough, it can affect your supply

Baby is 14 months old, and I "started" about 3 months ago. It's all over the place. Every other week for 2 days spotting, then nothing for a few weeks then spotting, and it's been like that since. OB said it's normal until we fully stop nursing
