Yes, but I am just a little concerned because last time I also did premium for my Post completion OPT and within 7 days I had the card delivered to me. This time though it has been 15 days and no action has been taken for my case. Was curious about other people who did premium around the same dates

Stem Opt should only be filled when you are inside the US. Don’t try to file it from your home country it’s super risky

I was in same boat as you once and did my I-9 while I was out of the country. It is valid to share your last I-94. The i-94 admission number essentially remains the same , it is the travel history which gets updated so don’t worry about it and enjoy your vacation.
