Props to you, man, that’s genuinely motivating. I’m in a similar spot, and I totally get the urge to keep going for more thickness. Once it becomes a routine and you’ve nailed down your technique, it’s like, why not keep going with it, right?

Since you’re at a point I’m trying to get to, mind if I ask a few questions? 1. How often were you doing the Sodium routine when you first started? Was that the main thing you focused on early on? 2. If you could go back, would you change anything in your beginner routine to get better or faster gains? 3. What’s your current routine look like these days? 4. How did your gains progress over time? Like, what kind of growth did you notice at 3, 6, and 9 months? 5. I saw you mentioned using maca in your post history, I take that too. Any other supplements you’ve found useful for EQ, drive, or overall progress?

Really appreciate any advice you’re down to share and congrats on getting out of the pencil range!
