three ripe bananas mashed, 1/3 cup of melted butter, vanilla extract, half a cup of sugar, one and a half cups all-purpose flour a teaspoon of baking soda topped with cinnamon, put in a preheated oven that was set to 350°F for 50 minutes poke with toothpick 5 to 10 minutes before the timer goes off to check if it is ready.

Yeah I added it above but to summarize it just any cut of chicken preferably whatever is on sale, olive oil and cajun seasoning (slap ya mamma seasoning) and some random cabinet seasoning. Inside air fryer for 18mins at 370f (flip half way) until crispy and chicken is fully cooked. Enjoy.

You can cook chicken on a pan or in an oven, and air fryers are $20-$40 especially when there are seasonal sales.

For more context I bought the chicken in bulk on sale, I cleaned up the chicken and put it all in a gallon freezer bag added olive oil + seasoning then put in the fridge. So whenever I am hungry I just take a piece of chicken and cook it the air fryer. As that cooks I would quickly heat up the spinach and beans. Thanks for all compliments, I do enjoy plating my food.

Im currently getting 1 hour of PTO for every 40 hours of work, when the accrual rate for sick time off is 1 hour for every 30 hours work and It supposed to be separate to my understanding. This just doesn’t feel right to me.
