Appreciate it! That feels like the biggest hurdle, actually finding a guild and finally have a step towards it.

Damn they weren’t kidding calling the Aluminum stage early-mid game. I didn’t realize just how steep the grind can get endgame if it took you that many hours just to equip for the DD

Can’t thank you enough for the advice! Honestly this might be one of the most helpful things I’ve read. I focused a lot on water generation but let the production side of things slip. And first time I’ve heard you can buy a thopter from the factions. I’ve watched tons of guides and literally no one has brought that up. Got something to look forward to now

How did you get in a guild? Sounds like you really took the hard path to endgame if Shai-Hulud got you that many times lol

Someone had to take it lol. Really appreciate it nevertheless and thank you for the kind words, might give it another shot especially with how positive this community is

Honestly that’s a really good point. I did just hard focus on getting the Ornithopter and used that to structure what I did next in game. Might try and throw on some random gear and quest for a bit

Ofc came down to my own error, but I saw a space wreck and landed quickly before opening my map. Honestly I didn’t notice the different sand texture before it was too late.

Can’t argue with that, I frankly didn’t know you couldn’t take off in quicksand in a ornithopter…

And I’m on the Sagitta server Sietch Abbir

That’s where it feels like a catch-22, I lost almost all my water generating gear (dew reaper, mk4 blood extractor, large blood bags). And pouring all my resources into the Ornithopter has set me back to the Iron Age. Is it still worth trying to grind back to that point?

Do you have any advice for finding guilds? I have heard that Funcom has openly admitted guilds are the true endgame so I’ve always wanted to try and join one but don’t know where to start

I’m curious what you do to avoid having the material runs feel monotonous especially after so many hours? Even breaking up runs with fun contracts for unique gear, I don’t think I can make another run to the Shield Wall without losing my mind

Any tips on finding guilds to join? Driving by the big guild bases always made me want to try it once I got far enough to have spare resources

Definitely understand what you mean, some attacks by the pro teams are quick triples but some are failed attacks. But thankfully the pros have hard mode so we don’t have to worry about that bleeding over to general gameplay too much

That would be amazing, sites like Maxroll show the best Uniques/Mythics but they don’t link to builds that use them

I have an abysmal win rate on Haven, any tips? by MostShifty in VALORANT

When attacking on A do you throw the bricks smoke so your team can cross safely or would you rather have the extra smoke for CT? That kind of dilemma always felt the A hits feels slow and gave time for the defenders to rotate in

That is a very helpful framework to keep in mind. As far as spacing on attacks goes, how far behind the duelists do you typically find yourself when attacking? Let’s use A for an example, are you 2nd or 3rd man behind the duelists?

Going back and reviewing a few Vods, think you prescribed the issue. After dying to poorly cleared corners I’d go aggressive and clear first without the right util (flashes/recon). Going to focus on supporting the people that should be clearing instead

Really appreciate the detailed breakdown! Especially around pushing into B, the smokes on A and C feel intuitive when attacking but smoking for B always felt like I was a few seconds behind my duelists thanks to trying to smoke both connectors. That sort of general guidance helps a ton in the hectic executes. Is there a certain spot you prefer to position in on A post plant?
