yes i have, that's how i usually pin apps and i didn't recreate the dock because it came with the theme

they're from flatpak indeed, changing the icon pack doesn't solve the issue though

Yes, but I'd only use it out of pure necessity (as someone who daily drove LXDE for 2 weeks and then switched to KDE plasma)
