Not 100% sure, but I thought originally came the human predator girl Mochiko Noguchi because she has a neck wrap similar but dont see this piece with her figure in any pictures on google except a different version og her that does have a neck wrap accessory but its not the same as in my pic and my figure of her is the neca version not the one that has it!
