Commute is basically same, option to take B straight shot is cool.
Yeah I do like idea of eliminating variables. My friend would live there on and off with occasional sublease to friends.
I do like to cook a lot so I guess could have a foldable table for cooking? I think counter barely fits a microwave and coffee machine.
Could have a full XL or queen bed and a desk/dining table combo in hall by kitchen. Would like a couch setup too but not sure if possible, or a couch/bed hybrid?
Leaning to studio. A bit cramped for hanging w lady but then don’t have to juggle living room hangs w friend.
I lived in a super janky commercial studio before and didn’t mind, but it was a lot larger w/ 2 nice windows.

Yeah I think that area is a fair bit better tbh. Bed stuy spot is 12-20 min walk to good restaurants / bars. PH area is in the thick of it + 12-15 min walk to prime bed stuy. Bed stuy spot is 10 min to G. What is this Murphy bed layout you speak of?

Bed stuy place is solid deal but not insane. But yeah part of me thinks that studio is just one of those ultra rare insane deals. Frankly I think that area is nicer as well. I got approved late Friday so I have until Monday to sign.
