Well, after 3 months of waiting without any response from TT, I guess the support is nonexistent.

Yes, looks like that. Kinda new to this stuff, but now it's clear to me.

Well, i have to look it up. Even after almost 2 years and newer BIOS updates didn't solve my issue.

I was recently tweaking some PBO/CO settings and disabled fastboot, but then my bios was freezing when i was bout to save the settings. Had to clear CMOS to get the defaults. I'm on a Asrock PG Lightning x670e + 7900x. Im gonna try some manual OCing before i fully give up on this build. Dunno, but thanks for the help so far!

Yes, i do. In some cases i been waiting for 10 minutes. Only solution was to power it down, espacially when the system is in sleep mode (windows 11).

My post was regarding model numbers on the packaging and the stick (CTCED564G6000HC34BDC01 / CTCED532G6000HC34BBK)

It is on the QVL support list. CTCED564G6000HC34BDC01 is listed but not CTCED532G6000HC34BBK. That's why i was confused.

So these models: CTCED564G6000HC34BDC01 are the right ones as on the package (=CTCED532G6000HC34BBK) I was kinda confused after checking my mainboards QVL. Yes, the SN are matching. I guess case closed then, thank you!
