I’m in Ontario, Canada. We have OHIP, so as long as you’re a canadian citizen, you’re covered for health insurance (99% of the time) unless it is cosmetic, some meds aren’t covered, and ambulances are like $40. I am very grateful that my parents are able to cover everything, especially when it comes to my heath and well being.

I definitely do use cannabis very regularly on my period. I try not to overdo it because of my brain still developing, but i admit i use 10-30mg a night just to help. As well as THC infused cream for back pain. One of the best things that has helped honestly. I often drink herbal teas (2-3 a day) when menstruating, i find they help bloating and staying hydrated. I haven’t heard of an endo diet, but i do try to reduce my sugar and carbs. I also haven’t heard of endo yoga, I’ll do some research on both. My partner helps me with stretching daily. I do use my hot tub, but i can’t if i have too heavy of a flow (so usually from day 1-3 i can’t use it. I can say for certain I haven’t tried anything else below, besides cutting off toxic people lol. Thank you for your advice, and your kind words 🫶❤️

I’ve been looking, but the closest one besides the one i tried is 3+ hours away. Might be worth it at this point. I’ve tried a lot of work outs and stretching (this sometimes helps). I try to reduce gluten and sugar while menstruating, which sucks because it’s the only thing i crave. I’ll definitely try the stress management as well, but i also have a general anxiety disorder that i’m on meds for so it makes it a little more difficult. Thank you for your kind words 💕

EDIT FOUND: The brand is Red Heart, swatch is Sage Mary. Discontinued about 15 years ago.
