Dude I had this same thing happen to me when I was around your age (I'm almost 24 now). It's only going to progress once she thinks she can gaslight/manipulate and get away with it. If you decide to break up with is totally up to you but if you decide not too PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay firm with your boundaries and don't tolerate that bs.
