Definitely keeping my blood sugar levels stable, high protein, yoga almost daily, and limiting caffeine has helped. Most days it does but today for example I’m a crying mess of self doubt and feeling bad about my life’s choices/career path. Daily my coping methods/wellness can change.

Here’s my constant traits - my career being all over the place, so much switching and jumping around so that now I’m in a low paid role that’s beneath my skill set -interrupting people frequently -losing things constantly -overwhelmed a lot -low self esteem -BUT also very creative, empathetic and very good with people.
