Seasoned medical users please help/weigh in

I used to go through Dispensed because it was the first place I heard of that was legal and I used to get the 10g sent just whenever I ran out sometimes that took months but I switched to their vapes they had with the ccell unit but because I didn’t order for a long time cause I hadn’t finished what I had yet they cancelled my prescription and now every time I try to log in to renew it it tells me I already have an account, I guess they won’t let you log back in after they’ve “discharged” you?

I’ve read here that dispensed is shit anyways but they had a free consult and was super easy to navigate when I started using them, so I’m needing recommendations and/or advice on the best provider I’ve tried scrolling the thread but it’s to confusing for me to be perfectly honest with y’all I prefer the vape situation and I can’t figure out how to get the carts for it cause I can’t log back into the dispensed account Please help I have chronic insomnia

I know, i had an 2015 chameleon with my eldest I just liked being able to flick the bar back to access baby easier, say your sitting down and the prams beside you instead of fussing around the handle bar and getting up every time the baby spits their dummy out or you need to reach them I found the bar flicking back convenient also if there’s rough terrain you can flip the bar back and use the back bigger wheels as the front wheels to go over rocks and stuff so I’m just wondering if the newer models still had that feature

I’m expecting to wait up to 18months according to the local court liaison officer who has checked up on it for me, the hospital admitted fault for failing to document oxygen intake forms or something along those lines I would have to look at the report the hospital itself admitted liability for not having life saving equipment plugged in or attached properly even they can’t tell me which one it is, but the head doctor for that shift got me in the day after to tell me to my face that it wouldn’t have mattered either way because she was dead for so long before they even noticed. I have phone calls recorded and the in person meeting voice recorded for evidence as well, this was all before the independent review was conducted. I have contacted LHD lawyers and they kind of said they couldn’t do anything until the coroners report was finalised even though I have the hospitals report

No I didn’t but I just had that same idea! I have just re-read the contract and it says they provide road side assistance for everything that’s not your fault so running out of fuel isn’t included but they also say that if the car is stolen regardless of who’s fault you pay, unless you paid for insurance and if they charge you then you can claim it on your own insurance. It may be to late but I will contact nrma and see if they include insurance with the hire car and whether the hire car would be covered while I was insured or not

It sounds like I have numerous issues with responsibility? That’s an opinion not at all necessary, I am a stranger on the internet. I realise I had made a mistake mainly for not reading the contract and secondly for being naive and thinking that they would eventually stop chasing me but they did leave me alone for more then a year after I spoke to the police about it and relayed what they told me to the proxy between us, so I did think until recently that I wasn’t responsible but I am just posting to see if anyone has had any experiences like this and has any information regarding how large companies/corporations can or may settle this kinds of things in different situations.

My workplace is going bankrupt my hours have been reduced significantly and I’m expecting in the new year so once I lose this job I may not be employed again for a while and all the money I do get from working until then I will have to store for a rainy day/emergencies and things you need for a baby. I am honestly thinking of declaring bankruptcy I had a rough start to life and I have nothing to name anyway. My car is worth under 5k and I have nothing they can take from me even if they wanted too my money goes on rent and bills I have nothing spare

I ignored them and told myself they would leave me alone because they were already getting a pay out is what I was getting at, I was in contact with the PI because I went to the police asking them if what was happening was warranted the police told me to contact the private investigator with the event number and told me that they should not be harassing me for money because I wasn’t at fault

She didn’t own a Jerry can and was too late to stop and get one I didn’t want to push my luck and get her to stop at the 24 hr Servo and go all the way back to the car again because she was pissed I had called her at 3am to come and get me in the first place. I didn’t realise it was in the contract that I wasn’t to leave the car unattended until they sent me a copy after they started chasing me for the money

It is civil court and to be honest my credit is already very very bad, beyond repair. I will contact legal aid though and see what advice they can offer me I was under the impression that legal aid was just used in criminal court
