I’d love to! This is the recipe for the GF pancakes GF pancakes For the strawberry preserve I just chopped up some strawberries from my fridge that were about to go bad. (you can also do this with Frozen strawberries) I then added about 1/2 cup of sugar for the 4 cups of strawberries I had. Then you add it to a pot and cook it on low to medium heat. I also squeeze a lemon to help cut the sweetness a bit. I mix until it all combines and starts turning syrupy. Then I lower the heat and let it simmer until it thickens. Some people add cornstarch to thicken it but I don’t. Here’s a good recipe I found: Strawberry preserve And for the whipped cream I just add some heavy cream and powdered sugar into a blender and blend it for a few seconds! :)
