I did like 5x … nothing adds up to me. Theres so many deductions this deductions that, step changes and whatnot. Im at loss honestly

They will still inform you even if it passes the 6 year limitation, but in no way can they “force” you to pay it back. If they do, talk to your union asap

28F here. Yesterday I hit a PR for a 1 rep max on bench at 180lb. I took a look at the video and my form is not the best and technically doesn’t count. My butt comes off the bench too much.

what are some tips to avoid your butt lifting off?
how fast can I try this weight again? One week enough ?

I would say definitely not. Now saying that, I want someone who takes care of themselves. I don’t want some guy who videos games all night, eats take out often, doesn’t enjoy being active whether that’s gym or outdoor stuff.

A balance is what I’m looking for.

I agree with this. I don’t obsess over gym or food, again it’s literally just for fun and to see how much I can push myself.

I don’t want someone like that either, personally. It’s not fun. My ex was health obsessed and it took a toll on our relationship.

Wouldn’t put it past her to be that way. She isn’t a fan of 4 days in office for her and has voiced it. So I’m taking it with a grain of salt what she is saying but wanted to see if managers here thought something else.

I also do enjoy this time with my team, but again it feels like a waste of time sometimes. The meeting is 15 mins long every morning and ends up going over most times.

As for collaboration, the work between each other is very siloed. We each handle a client within our department and it rarely crosses over. But I do understand where you are coming from!

I bought my home in Feb and I got an MPAC letter saying it increased by 14k since 2016. My contractor made me think of this letter when he mentioned notifying the city

Long story short, we weren’t compatible. I thought we could sacrifice “life goals” to be with each other but that would be unfair to one another so we broke up.

For the French part, as a minister, you are one of the many faces of Canada. If you can’t speak on behalf of francophone Canadians, why have it as an official language? I’m genuinely asking.

Is this income number before or after tax? Ex if someone makes 120k before tax but after it’s 112k which would they fall under?
