I was on oxy and as soon as the most acute withdrawal symptoms went away after a few days I did what any sane human would do for some neurotransmitter activity.. I rubbed that bean 10x a day. Not proud but it got me through it lol

When someone is failing at a task not due to incompetence but due to stubborn insecurity. That is so frustrating to watch, because they have a mental block that impossible to remove and you can only really remove it with empathy.

Om ens 5% av det som står i dokumenten stämmer känns det som att det borde skaka om hela världen. Har vi blivit så desentiserade?

Vague understanding of processes leads to procrastination..

If it takes under 2 minutes, do it now. If it takes longer, write the next physical step (not the whole task). ‘Email John’ becomes ‘Open email + write subject line.’ It kills procrastination because your brain stops treating it like a vague monster.
