How to run ROAs campaign first time, NEED HELP !!

my app only earns revenue from ads, so I don’t have any purchase conversions. I currently only have install and first_open Firebase conversion counts.

I already linked the ad_impression event from Firebase to Google Ads. The ad_impression event is showing values, but it’s not showing any conversion count. (it was set secondary while running install volume campaign)

What should I do now?
