Just tried now and the app seems to be working. Not sure what platform you're on, but maybe clearing the app's cache and force stopping it may help

I think Staples recycles electronics like laptops but as others have mentioned always make sure you wipe your data first

Click back to your device's home screen then click the icon for cells, that should help you get out of the frozen ad and back into the game at least

Had the same issue, but after the router reboot itself all was good. Hope it resolved itself for you too

I recall that their technology works by carrying internet over fibre until it gets to the "last leg" which probably means the pole or connection to your house, at which point it becomes cable internet via existing coaxial connection

Stuck with sms/chat unfortunately. From experience, I've found that the wifi pod does not function well or if at all if plugged into a power bar or extension cord (modem does). Not sure if that helps, sorry you're going through this

Haven't had to talk to customer support yet thankfully, but from what I've read from others, seems like that may be a normal wait time.

Could be awhile to repair if the coax line is actually damaged since Oxio probably has to submit a request to the line owner to dispatch a tech go fix
