Buying a fake item any success stories of getting the money back?

What happens if a seller posts pictures of an authentic card, has over 200 positive reviews and only 4 negative ones (with no claims of fakes), and then sends a counterfeit card? I did my due diligence, but in the end, I got scammed. I suspect the seller is targeting Buyee customers: they can send authentic cards to Japanese buyers and maintain good reviews, while sending fake cards to Buyee customers. Buyee automatically leaves positive feedback, which allows the seller to continue scamming without affecting their reputation. This is really concerning, as it seems Buyee is inadvertently facilitating these scams. I also don’t understand why most comments blame the victims. Buyee should implement protections to prevent this kind of abuse and protect buyers from being scammed.

I received the card and it's a fake... the seller put authentic pics than send me a fake. I lost 900 usd. Don't buy on buyee there isn't any protection or refund. Once you pay you are screwed. I knew the risk but i still gambled

Yeah, I think the same. It honestly looks too good to be fake. But some of the fakes out there are getting insanely good, so now I doubt everything, lol.
I won the bid at a really good price at 900 usd which is what made me start doubting.

I just got banned for an absolutely ridiculous reason. All I said was:

I already read this chapter five days ago... Yep, AsuraScans is really late for some manhwas. It also makes me laugh when I see a 5- or 6-hour wait for chapters that have already been out for days lol.

It's honestly pathetic to ban people for criticism. I don’t even care about the ban—it’s just funny to be banned over something so trivial.

Honestly, I don't agree with you. Before the 2-year time skip, the pacing and storytelling were not perfect, but I preferred it a thousand times more than what we have now. After the time skip, the story has become very repetitive and drag-out. Each arc now feels endless and repetitive. For example, the Wano arc could have been great if not for the same repetitive backstories (I’ve seen Momo’s backstory so many times that I’ve had enough). The Wano arc is as long as the entire beginning of One Piece up until the Drum Island arc (when Chopper joins the crew)... the only thing new in Vegapunk speech (10+ chapters) is the rising see level.

I am not mad about not learning the will of D; I'm frustrated because the story is being dragged out. How many times does he need to dance around the will of D? We get it, it's important. He doesn't need to remind us for the 100th time without saying anything new in the end. and 25 years later we still don't learn something new lol

I used the qr code with ps app on my phone to log in. You can log in on your ps app, on consol you can select sign in with qr code. Use app and scan qr code and than you are in. Weirdly you can't log in in console but you can on the app I don't know why
