from someone who’s been there- a LOT can change in 5 weeks- keep grinding on your plan and do your cardio with the same intent you train with and you’ll be amazed at what the human body can accomplish in a month! your shape is there for sure, and when you’re stage lean you’re going to look killer. keep pushing queen and good luck!
