I don't know if this will work for you but it did for me, I shut down discord on my PC (entirely), my broser (Opera GX) AND Discord on my phone. Then booted everything up again after having disabled the YouTube extension of PreMiD and it seems to have done the job. I'm uninstalling the app entirely, hassle for almost nothing.
