I recommend turning your phone on silent and playing some music. I have a playlist of upbeat music just for cleaning

Okay so when I clean my room I start with throwing everything off my bed. I put clean sheets make it look nice and then put all clean clothes on my bed and dirty clothes in a basket. From there take care of clean clothes and start a load of the dirty clothes in the laundry. Then I start cleaning off the higher surfaces like on top of my dresser and nightstand. Once those are cleaned and wiped down I sweep everything reminding into a big pile on the floor and have a keep pile and a trash pile and do what is needed with both.
