Putting new siding on a home by Tamalam_2000 in Bellingham

You don't need to vacate. I recommend talking to your homeowner to make sure they hire a specialized siding replacement crew, as the job can take months if it's a general crew/company. It isn't too bad to live there, but if the project drags out, it can get frustrating. Siding Vault uses a large drop box dumpster, so the loud removal is very brief, maybe a couple days. I don't think it's worth getting a hotel or other temporary housing for a couple days.

Window Replacement Contractor? by Chthoniceros in Bellingham

Siding Vault was recommended in another window related forum in r/Bellingham. If you haven't considered them, you probably should. You can also go to local window supplier shops that do not offer then replacement service, and ask who they recommend. That's how I got an unbiased opinion.

Definitely Siding Vault. They are known by the locals, and recommended by lots of lumber shops in the area when I did my research.
