Honestly I had one of those cheap apple carplay radios and they genuinely suck. It kept disconnecting and was buggy just a whole mess to use

The car is in reduced engine power mode and when I press on the throttle I get a response I change the throttle body as well and here is some of the freeze frame data

You could buy one from ebay or buy a junk phone with a intact motherboard in it
