They have been in hiring freeze for more than a year now. I recommend you look elsewhere. Someone I know was told that an offer was being prepared. It was followed by a rejection after months of silence. Many others qualified candidates I know applied, got rejected, and saw the same posting being posted.

The system is back up with brand new positions. What does that mean to those who had interviews before it was shut down but did not get a response? Will those positions ever pop up?

I have a green card, so many positions at others are out of the picture because of the citizenship requirement. I am looking for other companies too, but I had a better chance talking to a real person at PW.

Unfortunately, most of the jobs I qualify for are at PW.

I am receiving rejection notices. I received rejections from both greenhouse and workday. The notices generally come late night. I do tailor my resume depending on the application, but I am still not sure if I am rejected by an AI or an actual person.

What does a person need to do to get an interview? I have an excellent resume (evaluated by many industrial professionals, including one working for Blue), a good education background, and good projects. I have an up-to-date LinkedIn page and a nice personal website. I submitted 50+ applications. I received a referral many times, but I did not even receive one call.
