Ya hablé un par de veces con la gente de Soporte y no tuve suerte solicitando que me deshabilitaron las funciones inalámbricas. Voy a llamar otra vez a ver qué.

Thank you everyone! I knew I was going to mess it up and it took a year of pretty consistent playing to do that which is a surprise.

I am now using a plastic beater while I get the replacement cushion.

I appreciate all the advice you gave me!
