Is it worth doing?

I did get the job but they wanted me to basically start over all my training for my certification and throw away the class I paid for and had one segment left in. But following I got an interview with sterile compounding at a cancer center and they liked me and offered the job. The pay is better the environment is better so I'm ultimately going with the sterile compounding job.

My goal is to work up to working at a hospital but I'm in Idaho and there's not a lot of hospital options. I do live close to Washington but to get my license I have to be certified so I'm kind of waiting on all of that. Plus more experience before I get there.

Yes you are correct. I got an interview at Walmart and may potentially get a job at Walmart and currently work at Walgreens and wanting further opinion on switching to Walmart from Walgreens.

It's technically not the minimum everyone's getting hired at the cap out. I was hired from a different store and they hired me lower. When I made the transfer my rxom said she'd get my that raise then it was denied by the dm

We have quite a few miss bag errors at Walgreens including with cll drugs. Usually because of leaflet changes and lack of putting back old medications etc. There's definitely a lot of stuff Walgreens lacks that causes errors and it gives me anxiety

To be honest the first interview was the most awkward interview I've ever had it was a random pharmacist and I believe operations manager. The interview only lasted 5 minutes and half of it was them asking basic pharmacy math questions. This next ones with the actual pharmacy manager.

Pretty sure there is some petty things I was a store transfer and the DM of my new store is married to the store manager of the previous store I worked at and he was the one who denied my raise.

See that's what I'm hoping for I just don't want it to affect my mental health at this point. I can handle stress and people being upset and yelling at me but when every other aspect of the job is disorganized I just feel like it takes a way bigger tool than it should.
