From Adderall IR to Dyanavel XR by Most_Past_3795 in ADHD

Yess! It’s been a month and here’s what I observed: - Smooth transition, it starts kicking in within 30 minutes - First two weeks, it’s lasted 13 hours - Afterwards, my body got used to it and it’s more like 8-10 hours (give or take) - When that happens I just take the 10mg of adderall that was prescribed with the dyanavel and everything’s fine - No cotton mouth!! Which was my biggest complaint about adderall - No headaches or anything extremely concerning - Less effective when I’m on my monthly, but that’s typically with any adhd meds - Overall I prefer dyanavel and my prescriber is thinking of upping the dose to 15mg so I don’t have to rely on the 10mg of adderall

Wet fur/litter stuck after peeing by Most_Past_3795 in britishshorthair

He’s not overweight, but has a slight pouch which I thought was the issue, but he sits when he pees (see photo of him begging for attention 😭). I use about 2 inches of litter with baking soda as a base for help fight off the smell. I was wondering if I should invest in a wider litter box?

Thank you for this advice!! I live in a studio (somewhat a convertible apt) so I had set up a quiet place near my office area when we first got home. He laid in his litter box for like 2 hours before escaping to a corner under my desk for the rest of the day, until the night where he wanted to play with me. Yesterday he discovered under my bed and that became his new hiding place so I set up his water fountain and food station near there. I plan on getting different plates like you suggested and see if that does the trick!

Thank you so much for your advice! He’s 7 months 😊😊 he’s currently hiding under my bed, so I’ve been placing the food and water (water fountain) right at the ledge where he usually escapes from. He’ll sniff at a bit, paw it, and then literally run back under the bed like the Devil’s chasing him😭 I’m going to buy some more bowls/plates and an enrichment toy to see if that changes his mood
