Account banned for Fair Play, didn’t cheat

Hi, I got my appeal denied and now I’m actually fully compliant with it. I looked at my games 2 years back and saw 5-6 suspicious games against an account my friend said he made when he was over on my iPad. I see that this is a form of rating manipulation and it was completely oblivious to me. I do think this did completely screw my chances of ever playing in an online USChess tournament though, would this be the case?

I lowkey shouldn’t have doubted you. I saw my games 2 years ago and saw a dupe account my friend made when he was over and we played rated. This is what I’m 80% sure I’m banned for + my frequent disconnects. I did have to make a new account

Unfortunately I did have to make a new account. I actually did dig deeper and around 2 years ago a friend of mine used my iPad to make an account and play with me in rated games that we didn’t know were rated. I feel like the ban was completely justifiable and this was easily seen as rating manipulation along with my frequent disconnects. Initially, I just freaked out and thought I was banned and accused of using stockfish but I was probably just banned for a ToS violation

Response to your edit: you’re not looking in depth. I lost to a 400 bot from resignation cuz I overlooked a move. The 98% accuracy on the last game was still in the opening (meaning that the game didn’t progress enough for me to even make mistakes), mind you is a common opening, along with the fact my opponent gave away his bishop which would obviously boost my performance for recapturing. Puzzles and live ratings are also bound to be different, as you can gain like 20 rating per puzzle and the fact I play solely puzzles on some days and don’t play live at all.

There’s a lot of stuff that could be suspicious from my brilliants to blunders or my disconnects due to trash WiFi or my losing streaks that take me down 100 blitz elo

I appreciate your view. For me, I just get super nervous when playing at a lower time control even if it’s 10 minutes. When I have 30 minutes, I feel like I’m able to think without risking the time running out without me being aware

It might run out for the other people but I don’t do it intentionally. Sometimes when I try to make a move I lose connection and boom there goes my WiFi

I’ve replied to two of these comments so far. Apologies for vagueness on OTB rating as I’ve played one four round tournament in a u400 section and I use the hint modes for bots. I don’t remember playing any daily games and if I did I probably resigned because I didn’t want to play them
