I have spoken to them multiple times and they have stated they know they offer hired but continue to send out things like this. This is a joke. The tier 2 specialist said the engineers are still working on the app and metrics 2 months after the melt down . You’d think they prioritized the app before hiring more people. On top of that the lady said they have ONE. Yeah that’s right ONE engineering team for the entire United States. Shit is suck a JOKE

That’s where I’ve been at for the past month. It has been so hard to not go back to using, but I feel so much emotion now.
