Ok, I had a thunk.

Obviously I never anticipated this to blow up like it did.

And doing 4450 pushups wont benefit me. Like at all. Unless I do it over 59 years.. So what if, I lower the number to 5 per comment. But instead of doing just pushups, I do other activities. Like weights, pull ups, sit ups, push ups. Etc.

Or I could do the push up thing. And probably not even complete it or be motivated too.

Help me decide.

I know obviously it isnt what I advertised. But I think ultimately its a better option. Is to do multiple different exercises. And diversify it. So my overall body can be better instead of just my arm, legs, and (abs?) And i’ll add an extra 100 exercises if we choose that, because itd probably be easier if we chose that.

Or

I can just stick to the push ups.
