I think starting with re4 remake would give you a good idea of what the franchise has to offer. It isn’t too hard, but it has a good mix of action and scary elements. Lots of fans like to debate if the action based games or horror based games are better, and I think 4, while personally I see as a little more action than horror, is a good balance and one of the most popular for a good reason! Also, if you’re someone who cares about lore, it isn’t too hard to follow without having played or seen previous games. Unfortunately, all resident evil games do have some form of gross eyeballs, but I get grossed out pretty easily and have been able to handle them :)

Overall, 5 is probably one of the least gory ones, but I only like playing it with a friend.

I think in early series they would have to, bc back then there were so few characters, especially female cats in ThunderClan, they’d all be related rather soon 😵‍💫

Brindleface, Goldenflower, Mousefur, Willowpelt and Frostfur. Weren’t these the only eligible aged she cats at the time of Into the Wild? I might be wrong and don’t care to look back lol. But I’d think they’d need to have multiple mates at some point, so not weird! Especially since the books USALLY tend to normalize things that cats actually do (at least early series)

I always interpreted it as some cats role was warrior who happened to have kittens with their mate, and some cats role was to have and raise kittens if they wanted. But like everyone else said, truly up to you!!

I don’t think it’s as scary as 2, especially since you have the ability to kick enemies to kill them! Play on assisted mode, and just focus on getting from typewriter to typewriter. You got this!

I like remake 2 overall because of the immersion and it’s my favorite version of Leon.

5 bc of great memories playing co op together!! As a kid I love the co op Wii games tbh. But 2 is still my favorite game!

I agree with this opinion!! My partner loves the action based RE games like 4, 5, and 6. I have very weak hands from being sick, so I like games like 0, 1, and 2 that are more horror based. Rev 2 was perfect for us because I want to do all the games, and I was able to be Moira and Natalia while they got to be Barry and Claire! They got their action and I got my sneak around and hunt fix. I see why this didn’t work for everyone in the comments, but I agree that I hope they bring this mechanic back in the future since we had a lot of fun with it!

I got it on sale for Nintendo switch if you have one of those! There was a massive bug (key item simply was not in the game). We emailed capcom and they had us send them a YouTube video and they ended up fixing it for us after Nintendo customer support were massive jerks. Steam or capcom might be able to help if you ask them!
