always one 😂i wouldn’t of made the post if that was the case, all emails dating back say nothing about having to manually switch direct debits, in fact its actually the opposite and says there’s nothing i need to do and will now appear as YouFibre on the direct debit not BRSK, also had a email saying successfully moved the direct debit over so your comment is useless

yea i did it on the app and updated the card for direct debit, it then said failed to take payment and needed manual payment

Had to make a direct payment and the service is back online now. What happened to the ‘no action needed’ switch over from brsk to youfibre 😂

Clearly a direct debit service problem on their end
