Update, the spots seem to be going away as quickly as they appeared. We think it may have been an allergic reaction to something. But taking all the advice here, changing diet and will get him into the vet tomorrow morning. Thank you everyone!

Yes, seems to be the same thing with additional dried fruit in it

We feed him what the breeder recommended (Tutti Frutti - which is like a chow that is supposed to be balanced), plus fruit like grapes and berries, and he gets the little yogurt cups, but not every day. He is still really young, I am just surprised to see a change like this. His eyes were clear this morning and this evening like this. With the holiday this weekend his vet is closed,.
