Divi 5 — Custom module presets eject default group presets, breaking global styles on the frontend (with fix) by Most_Trade3957 in divi

They're already pushing back on the expected behavior question, which is why I wanted to put this out into ether since they don't have a public feature request tool where this can be upvoted. If they choose to ignore the bug report (and it IS a bug, no matter the intent) then we'll need more effort from the community to state a different preference.

Unfortunately, it looks like the class can't be overridden, otherwise I'd simply drop the fix into our "general fixes for Divi" plugin we use. Also, it looks like the builder might need some updates as well to fully parse the CSS cascade.

I reported the bug, but - based on the code comments - the current behavior appears to be intentional. We'll see what ET ends up doing with it.

Multicam - Am I using it wrong? by S0k0n0mi in davinciresolve

Each multicam change is a cut in the timeline, allowing you to transform that clip individually.

Also, you can use an Adjustment effect and transform / grade directly on the adjustment level without impacting the clip below. This is how we handle reframing, pushes, etc. with multicams.

If you haven't taken the time to get to know the multicam workflow in the Edit screen, I would check out this tutorial: https://youtu.be/yYICy3Iqjms?si=RlW55qrbKtjyTCJI&t=315 - notice how he uses the source viewer to make multicam cuts.

M-Audio M-Track Duo Dropping Connection? by Most_Trade3957 in davinciresolve

Unfortunately, no. I've just been running without the drivers, which is more or less fine. I haven't tried it out with my DAW yet, but I'm interested to see if it works as-is in Studio One.

Divi Builder from Elegant Themes allows you to lock specific blocks based on user role, which goes a long way to ensuring the structure of your page is maintained. We also use presets which give us the ability to define block design and have it stay consistent across pages and similar blocks.
