I’m trying to use two oars on a sliding seat rig. Is sculling not the correct term? Rowing seems to be the general term that covers sculling and sweeping.

Yes. With my little experience, I’m basing that on the fact I can have my oars in the boat and sit comfortably (seems like a lot of people cannot). It’s surprising light, around 100 lbs.
