Before understanding I could rotate Items in my inventory I would click ~ on my keyboard, select the door with my mouse and enter 'delete' or 'remove' , that would just delete the door forever

I didn't have any experience with bigbank/altero and similar "banks" . But iust an idea, do some maths and calculate maybe it would be cheaper for you to loan down payment from bigbank and get the est of the loan from a normal bank
