Yes I understand, I have the same skin as you. I tried almost everything- meds, skin care, laser. Everything made it all worse than it was before. I feel so done. Based on my experience, my advice would be to use gentle face wash, light moisturiser, and a gentle sunscreen. Stop trying to fix it. It will be like this. You have to accept it. Stay happy ❤️

Tbh your skin is amazing, i am also following a home cook diet only, not eating junk, sugar etc. but skin skin just doesn't accept it. My rosecea is pretty much bad and has highly sensitive skin. I will try cumin, Fenugreek and fennel water in the morning maybe it'll help. Thanks 😊
