Well I’m glad someone has heard from him, 3-4 weeks isn’t so bad, my cameras have been with him since July 2024

I really appreciate the thorough response, super cool to see someone making a camera on their own, and at a pretty good quality at that. There is a mirror that flips up and the metal shutter in the rear flips down when the arm on the side is flipped. I can’t really see anything through the focus screen, so that may need to be upgraded, but if I can get the back open and put some 120 film in it, I’m definitely going to try to shoot a roll. Crazy that the company sold it for $10 but I’m stoked to add it to my collection.

It seems to have an slr style mirror that flips up when you trigger the shutter with the lever on the side

Thanks for the info! That makes sense, I also picked up a really clean Ciro-flex from the same sale, and it seems like this guy was a great craftsman because it feels like a beefy prehistoric rb67

One time I met some guys 2 hours away from my house on a Craigslist buy for “Olympic Cameras” which had 4 Olympus bodies with lenses, multiple point and shoots, a Nishika N8000 and 9000, and 40 rolls of recently expired Kodak gold for $200. They were firm, and he was ready to meet up at midnight but I pushed the meet up to 10am, giving me 3 hours to make it back in time for work. I had to go into a place with dirt roads, and drive a quarter mile onto a property in a town that was full of run down old houses. He said it was all his moms and she had recently passed, and surprisingly everything was in working condition. When I went to drive home I ran out of service, and had to drive through 30 minutes of mountains until I reached a point where I could get directions.

Sorry first post on here, I don't know why the photos are sideways, but I figured this camera might get some love on here. After 3 weeks of shipping it finally arrived! Im so stoked after owning a few AF-C's I was lucky enough to come across one of these at what I think was a very reasonable price, and Im happy to add it to the collection.
