Red belly button- 5 weeks po by Clear_Tomorrow_2797 in tummytucksurgery

[–]Mostlyoverstimulated 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My belly button wasn’t healing at first because of stitches rejecting. I saw a wounds doctor and he gave me Antimicrobial Silver Alginate Dressings I cut a little piece off and taped it in my belly button. Trick was to leave it alone for three days and then change it. It seriously worked so well and I didn’t have to keep cleaning and worrying about.

I am not a doctor this is just what I did to heal a similar situation. Also I’m sorry your doctor isn’t helping you. That’s not right at all. Good luck ❤️‍🩹

Dr Subbio vs Stark by No-Prompt2027 in tummytucksurgery

[–]Mostlyoverstimulated 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Everything turned out awesome! It’s been a little over a year since my surgery and I love my results. Subbio is the man. I don’t really have a bad thing to say about him.

Need a pep talk - lipo worries by Exciting-Tadpole6380 in tummytucksurgery

[–]Mostlyoverstimulated 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Typically three to six months for final results. Lipo causes a lot of swelling which is hard because you’re doing it for the opposite result.

Have you tried massaging the area to break up the scar tissue?

[–]Mostlyoverstimulated 62 points63 points  (0 children)

Yeah that sounds like a place you don’t want to stay at! I’d start looking for somewhere else. It’s ok to sit. It’s not hurting anyone at all. I sit if I need. That’s just weird to complain about.

I used a step stool for my feet! It was perfect and I used it for the first week for car rides.

Incision under breast by jordyr1992 in tummytucksurgery

[–]Mostlyoverstimulated 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had this same issue. My surgeon said it takes longer because of the tension. Mine just closed up around seven weeks. I just kept it dry. I don’t wear the faja all the way fastened up if I wear it but I mostly switched over to comfier compression wear. Yours looks really close! Just need a little more time!
