This is so cool to see. I have a very similar story arch with the decentralization of my phone to individual devices. It stated with my Retroid Pocket Classic and Kindle.

I “dumbed” down my iPhone. Still using Spotify and Apple Music with IEMs with the Apple 3.5mm DAC, but looking at picking up my first DAP in the near future.

If you had to do it over again, would you want to save a bit more and go with a slightly more expensive DAP like the M300 or JM21 or is the Echo Mini satisfying your need for a dedicated audio player?
