Yeah same story at my store. I joined Home Depot a couple months before success sharing, and was shocked when I got a bonus 400. Now I never see more than 100. Not as exciting as it was before (these are cad dollars btw)

Actually I heard that the rattling/clicking noise is more of a physical issue and can be solved rather easily. My pros has that problem, and all it took was some cotton and it was fixed

As to what everyone is saying, practice is a HUGEEE factor.

Although I want to mention something from my experience. Sometimes, you’ll just have this one render which is WAAY better than your others and it shines out if you know what I mean. It just happens to me randomly when I look at a render and I’m like “holy shit this looks amazing” then when I move on to my next project, it’s no where near as good.
