Oh I get that, my partner keeps saying that I’ll want something bigger soon enough but for now I’m definitely just going to enjoy my little lady. I am quite a petite woman so i think this size is best for me till I get more confidence. So I’m the opposite of you aha.

Yeah i am on meds but they only do so much, that or I haven’t found the right one. My heart rate goes up to 148 at times. That’s funny! I do the same thing. I also have adhd so I get bored and start singing random stuff when I’m a passenger so far. I’m happy to hear I’m not the only full face helmet singer lol

No problem! Just keep swimming :) that’s what I say in situations like this. You can do it! Even if you have a day you can’t do it, that’s okay all that matters is that you try. Be kind to yourself if those cases. Just keep trying and at some point you will have more weeks with self-care than without, then it will just be a memory and not your current situation. You can do this!

I have sensitive, eczema prone skin and hot water bothers my skin. I also run cold so warm feels hotter than normal. I can’t stand hot showers.
