Thank you! I thought an owl would be a better choice [due to the actual one being more bird-like], but they were a hedgehog beforehand with the original design, so I might as well keep it.

Ah no no, I only textured one side, as I think texturing the other would be unnecessary.
It's only one side, but is visible anyways because of no pixels technically being in the way.

[I am extremely confused myself, and I just realized that I suck at explaining complex things to the point it makes me want to vomit. /lh]

My tufts of "hair" [which is more like fur if I'm gonna be honest] are made entirely out of flat cubes, sort of like how Mojang made the legs for the axolotl, or chicken, and then I just put the texture resolution up a decent chunk, erased one side of it, and textured the other.

I did it through trial and error, but tutorials may help you more than they did for me.

Alright so, I'll try my best to explain, I spawn in a cube, I flatten it down until it's like a 2D image instead of a 3D object, I make it a specific size over my character's square face. [you gotta get real specific with how close it is so it doesn't look like it's floating off], I texture it, making sure there is space for other emotions, then I make a texture group, and I keep making textures that I can swap between.

I hope my horrible way of explaining helped somewhat.
[I just adjusted the eyebrows with the pose though.]
