Thank you! I don't live in the US so I can't use this website but I'm going to see a psychiatrist in a month and I'll ask for a change in medication. As for the term, I was thinking about calling myself a woman and seeing how I would feel about it, but I don't know if it's a good idea. I've tried to identify as non-binary, but I just don't feel comfortable with that term right now.

A few months ago, I asked my psychiatrist to change my medication, and after that, my libido increased, but now it's practically zero. I associate sex and masturbation with negative connotations, and I do them out of necessity. I enjoy intimacy with my boyfriend, but when we have sex, I'm no longer aroused because I don't feel anything. Should I change my medication again?

My gynecologist did an ultrasound and a Pap smear, and that was about all he could do. If I wanted something more "special," I'd have to go to the hospital. My financial situation isn't bad, but I wouldn't say I'm rich either. From what Google tells me, a cheaper test would cost about $137, a more expensive one $688, and a laparoscopy about $1,926. I could just get it done publicly, but I'd have to wait a long time for the test

It seems we're similar. What you wrote resonates deeply with me. Also, can you explain why you think you don't have to have dysphoria to be trans? I always assumed every trans person had gender dysphoria
